LAUGHING DOGS was created by a former Outward Bound instructor, with lots of experience loving and caring for dogs during dogsledding trips in Minnesota. With experience in dog training, basic doggie first aid, specialized meal planning, and keeping fifty dogs feeling loved, we know how to keep your pets entertained, exercised, and most importantly, happy! At LAUGHING DOGS, we treat all animals with the respect and reverence they deserve. We recognize the ever-bounding love and joy that your pet provides in your life. We want to help reciprocate some of that unconditional love! LAUGHING DOGS has evolved into a MOM and POP business.

Colin Quirin, the POP of the duo, grew up with dogs, cats, horses and sheep on a farm in rural PA. When he's not outside walking dogs (or taking little kids on pony rides), he is inside working as a fitness coach with humans.
